SONDER STUDIO POLICY
Sonder studio is so looking forward to hosting you in our space and believe that Sonder is a lived in, dreamy studio space that is sure to meet all your creative needs. We do ask that you read over our policy carefully to ensure that we not only keep you safe but that the studio remains taken care of. The following policies will be applied to all studio sessions. We are all about boundaries here.
Building Policy
All renters and their clients must conduct themselves in a professional manner while working at SONDER. Renters will be respectful to others working in the building. Renters will refrain from entering ANY OTHER OFFICE or part of Marathon Village unless permission is given. Renters who repeatedly display inappropriate behavior while working inside SONDER or Marathon Village are subject to rental termination with loss of deposit. There is a no smoking policy in the building. Outside smoking must be limited to the right side of the building in the smoking area. Failure to do so may result in a location fee fine. There is absolutely no glitter or confetti allowed in SONDER. Street parking is available or paid parking lot across the street. Renter may not use SONDER upstairs area and may not use SONDER to store any items, personal or non. If anything in the studio needs to be rearranged or taken out of the space, permission must be acquired
before doing so. Renter must leave the studio clean, according to the standards outlined in the cleaning checklist below. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee of $150
Booking Sonder
All booking are by appointment only. sessions are by appointment only. We ask that you include load in and tear down in your booking time. We often have other rentals back to back. Should you feel that your session is running over, please notify the studio manager as soon as possible. We are happy to host you longer should the studio have the available time. Should you run over your allotted time, you will automatically be charged an additional hour.

Cancelations
Please let us know within 72 hours and we’d be happy to accommodate a new time. Any cancellation/rescheduling requests within 48-72 hours prior to rental date results in 50% of rental fee to be retained. Any cancellation/rescheduling requests within 48 hours prior to rental date results in 100% of rental fee to be retained.
